Affiliate Disclosure

The Scotsman's Lounge (thescotsmanslounge.co.uk) is a participant in affiliate marketing programmes with various online casino operators. When you click on certain links to casino websites featured in our reviews and guides, we may earn affiliate commissions at no additional cost to you.

How Affiliate Commissions Work

We generate revenue through commissions when users complete sign-ups or make deposits through our affiliate links. These commissions help support the operation and maintenance of our website, allowing us to provide free, independent content to our readers.

Our Editorial Independence

Our affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial rankings, reviews, or recommendations. We evaluate casinos based on objective criteria including licensing, security, game selection, customer service, and payout speed. Our rankings and star ratings are determined independently of any affiliate commission structure. Casinos that do not provide affiliate commissions receive the same fair and honest review as those that do.

Identifying Affiliate Links

Affiliate links on this site are clearly marked with an "Affiliate Link" label or icon where applicable. Sponsored content and paid reviews are also prominently disclosed at the point of publication.

Legal Compliance

This disclosure complies with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code) and UK consumer protection regulations. We are committed to transparent advertising practices.

Your Responsibility

Please gamble responsibly. Our affiliate relationships should not influence your decision to gamble or your choice of casino. Always review casino terms and conditions independently before creating an account or depositing funds.
